DIMENSIONAL CALIBRATION
MASTERS, TOOL AND GAUGE CALIBRATION
We provide dimensional calibration services that include Tool Calibration and Gauge Calibration Services. The purpose of these services is to assess and adjust instruments to ensure accurate measurement. During the calibration process, which is also referred to as mechanical calibration, measurements taken with the instrument are compared to those of a standard that has traceable measurements to a national authority.

As an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration lab, we ensure that your measuring hand tools and instruments provide accurate readings by using traceable measurements compared to national standards. We offer both in-house and on-site calibration services for your convenience.
DESIGNED FOR RELIABLE ACCURACY
CCT Metrology operates a climate-controlled laboratory, which is critical for stabilizing instruments and ensuring reliable calibration results. Our team of experienced dimensional calibration technicians provides a range of services, including calibration of gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other tools, as well as calibration of masters and length standards.
Our state-of-the-art laboratory is maintained at a constant temperature of 68°F ± 1°F, with a relative humidity range of 30-50%. We can calibrate to a precision of one-tenth of a millionth of an inch, thanks to our advanced equipment and skilled technicians.
Upon completion of calibration, you will receive a detailed Certificate of Calibration. This document will provide information about measurement traceability, accreditation, and the condition of the instrument, including any out-of-tolerance conditions and adjustments made during calibration.
