Ensuring accurate measurements is essential for businesses that rely on precise weight readings for manufacturing and other processes. CCT Metrology, based in China, offers industrial scale calibration and balance calibration services to verify the accuracy of your equipment. Calibration involves comparing the output of the scale or balance against a standard value, and regular calibration is necessary to ensure ongoing accuracy. Our expert technicians are equipped to perform calibration services on both mechanical and digital models of scales and balances, whether in our environmentally-controlled laboratory or on-site at your location within a 100-mile radius of our facility. Calibration services are available for both industrial and laboratory equipment.
CCT Metrology is a subsidiary of CCT, a renowned provider of materials testing services since 2001. With our expertise in calibration services, you can have peace of mind knowing that your instruments will be thoroughly inspected and tested for accuracy. During the calibration process, our technicians will carefully examine your instruments and perform tests to verify linearity, repeatability, and eccentricity, ensuring that they meet all performance requirements. All results and relevant information will be recorded in a Calibration Certificate. We will also send you a reminder notice when it is time for recalibration, so you can stay on top of your instrument's maintenance schedule.

Various industries rely on scales and balances to measure the weight or mass of objects, such as those in pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing, and shipping. To ensure that these instruments provide precise measurements, calibration is necessary for many business applications where measurement accuracy is critical to maintain the quality of the output.
CCT Metrology's experienced field technicians initiate the calibration of scales and balances by examining the instruments to ensure that they display zero readings when not in use. They then place a variety of test weights in a range of grams or pounds on the scale or balance to assess the accuracy of the readings. The readings are documented, and any weight or measure outside the instrument requirements is specifically noted. When necessary, the technician can make adjustments to rectify the accuracy of the scale or balance.
